FY19 Q1 - Losing the long-term, Employee Relations Specialist 4/30/2018, we were not able to focus on these goals during this period.

FY19 Q2 - Department was able to make some progress on this project during the quarter.

FY20 Q3- Employee Relations Specialist tracks all complaints. Administrator tracks ADA. Department is experiencing changes in this area due to COVID-19.
