  • On Election Day, Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2019, there will be 10 voting convenience centers open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. There will be no same day voter registration nor voter registration updates on Election Day. The Runoff Election for City Council Districts 2 and 4 is required under the Top-Two Runoff Election rule which requires candidates for Albuquerque City Council to receive fifty percent or more of the votes cast for the office in question. If no candidate receives 50% of the votes, the two candidates who receive the highest number of votes automatically become the candidates for the runoff election.
