Commissioner Steven Michael Quezada Offers Condolences to Families of Gun Violence Victims

Bernalillo County Commissioner Steven Michael Quezada is asking all citizens to stay calm, remain vigilant and keep the families of all victims in their thoughts and prayers following three separate shootings last night.

Local media is reporting four people are dead and two others wounded in the South Valley at a mobile home park in Commissioner Quezada’s district.

“My heart goes out to the families of those shot and killed last night,” says Commissioner Quezada. “Our city and county have been rocked with violence and we need to come together as a community to find solutions and make our neighborhoods safe again.”

Albuquerque Police report two other shootings in the city last night that claimed one other life and left four others wounded.
